Return Policy

RETURNS

We hope that you love all your purchases from Think Pink Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

Items purchased at a discount or items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, SHOES, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear.

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. If your purchase is over 30 days, we will not accept the return at all. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.

Please report all damages within 24 hours of receiving the item via email or through our return portal.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. If purchased on the app, the credit will go back to your App account!
