Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

Returned within 3 days of receiving your order

In perfect condition – unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, sweat stains, dog hair, odors, or any other signs of wear

Returned with the original tags attached and in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund:

Return Process

Email us at [your return email] within 3 days of receiving your item to request a return label.

Ship the item back using the provided label.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (processing may take 5–7 business days).

If the item is returned in unacceptable condition, no refund will be issued.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
